SMA Motor

Nitinol Foil Strip
1. Dimension - Nitinol Foil - 0.05mm up to 0.10mm [0.002 to 0.004 in.] in thickness - Nitinol Strip - under 0.5mm [0.020in.] in thickness and under 50mm [in.] wide. 2. Application - Nitinol foil is mainly used as materials for driving components. - Nitinol strip is currently mainly used for research in universities and research institutions. Delivery Condition - Cold Rolled Condition that is ready for shape-set heat treatment. - Super elastic condition that is ready for processing and finishing into parts without requiring further shape-set heat treatment. - Surface: Smooth Oxide Finish or Bright Finish - Flatness: Flat within 0.1mm along a 10mm length of sheet.
